What is Mental Stimulation?
Any activity specifically designed to exercise the brain is Mental Stimulation. It is one of the key non-pill therapies not just for Alzheimer’s, but also for recovery of lost cognitive function due to aging, traumatic brain injury, stroke etc. and helps improve symptoms of depression, anxiety & loneliness.
