All our care providers visit patients at the comfort of their residences / place of stay to perform their roles. Certified Nurse Assistants


Perform bedside nursing activities within the scope of their training. Work is in shifts, usually of 12 hours each. A fixed monthly remuneration suitable to the experience and qualifications of the candidate is paid. Shifts over and above stipulated hours are payable separately.

Qualification: Valid certification for Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide training from a Government recognised Institute.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a multispecialty hospital / nursing home. Additional experience in house cases preferred. Experience in handling high dependancy patients preferred.

Other prerequisites: Will need to undergo a refresher course along with special orientation to home healthcare, the duration of which will be determined by the initial assessment of demonstrated skills.



Nurse Supervisors


Perform clinical assessments & supervise the patients’ nursing care plans. They liaison with the treating hospital or community physician and our team (doctors, other nurses, certified nurse assistants, physiotherapists, counselors, nutritionists, co-ordinators, managers & others) to offer the best clinical care possible at home. They also visit patients in hospitals for pre-discharge assessments for their home healthcare needs and recommend the appropriate care plan (specific induction training is provided for this purpose). They maintain & access at regular intervals, a database of patients’ vitals with suitable timely response in case of deviations. Senior nurses with teaching experience are encouraged to apply. Full / Part time attachments possible. Fees paid are commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications & experience.

Qualification: ANM / GNM / B Sc. / M Sc. From a recognised Nursing Institute.

Experience: Minimum 10 years bedside nursing experience for ANMs, and 4-5 years of bedside nursing experience for GNMs / B. Sc.s in a large multispecialty hospital. Must be capable of detecting early signs of change in clinical status of patient and well oriented to preparation and delivery of nursing care plans.

Other prerequisites: Excellent communication skills, decision making ability and compassion.



Physiotherapists


Treat patients using manual techniques with the help of relevant machines as required to restore and improve mobility and reduce or avoid physical symptoms restraining normal activities of daily living including pain. They liaison with our other relevant team members to monitor patient improvements and modify treatment programs to achieve the quickest possible recovery. Full / Part Time attachments possible. A fixed monthly remuneration suitable to the experience and qualifications of the candidate is paid.

Qualification D.Pt / B.Pt / M.Pt from a government recognised Physiotherapy Training Centre.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of direct patient care in a large multispecialty hospital / community centre. Exposure to Neurological / Geriatric / Trauma cases preferred.

Other prerequisites: Knowledge and Practice of proper therapy protocols & ability to monitor outcomes.



Community Clinicians


Perform clinical assessments & liaison with the treating hospital or community physician and our team (other doctors, nurses, certified nurse assistants, physiotherapists, counselors, nutritionists, co-ordinators, managers & others) to offer the best clinical care possible at home. They also visit patients in hospitals for pre-discharge assessments for their home healthcare needs and recommend the appropriate care plan (specific induction training is provided for this purpose).They need to maintain & access at regular intervals, a database of patients’ vitals with suitable timely response in case of deviations. Fees are paid on a case / visit basis and are commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the doctor.

Qualification: M.B.B.S./ M.D./ D.N.B.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of engagement (direct patient care) with a large hospital / in community practice. Must be capable of detecting early signs of change in clinical status of patient. Exposure to critical care is preferred.

Other prerequisites: Excellent communication skills, decision making ability and compassion.



Clinical Nutritionists


Perform nutritional assessments & liaison with the treating hospital or community physician and our relevant team members to offer the most appropriate nutritional plan for the patient. Fees are paid on a case / visit basis and are commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc in Clinical Nutrition

Experience: Minimum 5 years of engagement (direct patient care) with a large hospital / in community practice. Exposure to cancer patients / critically ill cases is preferred.

Other prerequisites: Excellent communication skills, decision making ability and compassion.



Counselors


Provide much needed company, mental support and advice to the patients and their families and also lend a patient ear to their issues and concerns. They are depended upon to explain the current and prospective implications of the ongoing treatment of the patient and also offer grief counseling. Fees are paid on a case / visit basis and are commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

Qualification: B.S.W. / M.S.W. from a Government recognised Institute. Seniors having a passion for & experience in providing community support but with other educational degrees are encouraged to apply.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of engagement (direct patient care) with a large hospital / in community practice. Exposure to cancer patients / critically ill cases is preferred.

Other prerequisites: Excellent communication skills, compassion, patience.



Care Pals


Provide all support services for the elderly including accompaniment for various appointments, assistance in working from home, shopping, banking, filing documents, running any errands, playing cards or board games, reading books and newspapers, surfing the internet or finding information online etc. Full / Part time attachments possible. Payment on case basis and selected contractual engagements.

Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline. Students yet to complete their degree but having previous experience in NGOs / Hospitals as part of their project work may apply. Active Seniors having a passion for & experience in providing community support are encouraged to apply.

Experience: Minimum 3 months of previous engagement in the service sector in similar capacity.

Other prerequisites: Recommendation from 3 Referees of good standing. Need to be energetic, compassionate, patient and compliant.
